The Queer Heart Sanctuary is a safe space for gay, bi, and queer men to find guidance, support, and learning for personal growth and emotional healing. Our programs are based on the holistic knowledge and wisdom gained by our founder, Morris Monroe, through his seven-year journey of deep inner work and recovery from sex and drug addiction.
Our approach integrates a wide range of disciplines, including yoga, alchemy, shadow work, psychology, personal development, and creativity. This holistic lens addresses the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of personal growth, offering a comprehensive and transformative experience.
The programs at The Queer Heart Sanctuary are designed for gay, bi, NB, queer and curious men who are seeking personal growth, emotional healing, and deeper connections in their lives. Whether you're dealing with relationship challenges, seeking to break old patterns, or simply wanting to connect more deeply with your true self, our programs provide the tools and support you need. Our inclusive and supportive community welcomes anyone who is ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation.

You can expect a mix of guided meditations, visualization exercises, reflective journaling, interactive workshops, emotional awareness training, and community support. Each program is designed to help you achieve specific outcomes, such as deeper self-awareness, emotional resilience, and meaningful connections.

To get the most out of our programs, we recommend dedicating approximately 3-5 hours per week. This includes time for engaging with program materials, participating in exercises and practices, and reflecting on your experiences. Some weeks may require more or less time depending on the specific activities involved. We encourage you to integrate the practices into your daily routine, ensuring that the commitment fits naturally into your lifestyle while allowing you to fully benefit from the program.

No prior experience is necessary. Our programs are designed to accommodate individuals at any stage of their personal growth journey, whether you are just starting or have been on this path for some time.
